discuz头部(header.htm)标题修改
不知道discuz是不是故意的，相对于phpwind来说，他们的头部head有点太简单了，所以需要修改一下header.htm 这个是在网上转载的一个，

This page appears to recieve a great deal of visitors. How do you advertise it? It gives a nice individual twist on things. I guess having something real or substantial to give info on is the most important factor.
